031000 (Note: This is how I really intended to write things, but then I didn't like the fact that it would stretch out longer… but recalling what I wrote before, I think this is for the best.) Serena looked out from her balcony, her hair softly trailed in the wind as she looked off to the distance. Her angel was sleeping happily in her bed, as she couldn't help but smile sadly at that. 'I remember when she loved so sleep at Darien's house… I was so jealous. But I think I was more jealous at him then I was at her. Being loved more and all by Rini… but I was immature, so dislike her mother, and Darien… he was the same from start to finish.' Tears sprouted from her eyes as she held on to a sheet of paper more tightly, "Mamo-chan…" she shook her head, telling herself not to do this, not to cry anymore. Softly shushing herself, she held the piece of paper in front of her, to read for the fiftieth time. 'Japanese sensation Michiru Kiaoh last international concert of the year…' her eyes scanned through it, as she looked at the picture of her elegant friend. With a soft smile, "Michiru-san, it would be nice to see you again…" ~~~ "All the joy and pain I feel, I'm always dreaming it by myself." - (Some SM song I dubbed as Lonely Lonely Heart) Gomen Ne Chapter 5 (Revised) By Eternal Angel Usako9@hotmail.com http://cherryblossoms.cjb.net/ Don't be sad When you accidentally say you love me Don't worry anymore-- Please forget me The time we shared together Will soon fade away And only I Will remember those memories In every person's life There is a moment when they love blindly And I know You won't love me anymore But I won't forget The time we spent together Because it was then That I had given you My heart and soul And I know you will forget All the love songs you dedicated to me And I know your heart Has other pictures of love - not only mine And I won't blame you anymore When I see you with another So in love There is a moment in your life When you truly did love me And only thought of me Although that moment is gone I will always remember That once in my life You were truly mine ~~~ The crowded cheered for the violinist, finished her song. Bowing, she watched as roses were thrown for her. Looking at them, her eyes caught onto a yellow rose. The rest were either red or white. She chuckled softly, as she picked up the roses. "Ruka, it's always you…" she said with a soft giggle, as she briskly went into her changing room, as she heard some people around her congratulate her on a concert well done. She closed the door of her changing room only to sense someone else in the room. "Excuse me, but what are you doing in my… ohh Kami!" She exclaimed as she finally got a good look at the person sitting (or laying to be exact) on her sofa very comfortable as she just smiled, "Hey Michiru-san, long time no see… although I don't think that is a proper greeting for you to give a person. At least not what you have taught me in the Silver Millennium." Michiru stayed agape as her eyes took her fill of her princess in front of her - safe and sound. Unchanged from so long ago. "Hime-sama! I am so glad to see you!" She exclaimed, sitting next to the blond who sat up from her previous position. "Where's Haruka?" Michiru questioned, as Serena answered, "She's out getting Rini something to eat." "Rini." Michiru echoed, as the door opened, the sandy haired blond held a pink haired child in her arms, which held a cup cake in her hand. "Hi Okaa-san… is she Michiru-auntie?" The pink haired girl asked, as Serena nodded. "Mama, told me lots about you. She says that you are very pretty, artistic, and can play the violin very good… that's why we went to watch you today. You play very good and you are very pretty, but of course not as pretty is Mama. She's the prettiest person in the world." The three laughed, "Why Rini, you are right, your mom is very pretty. And if you like the violin so much, I can teach you how to play." Michiru had told her as she rejoiced with the idea. Serena then told her to eat her cup cake as the three took a seat on the sofa, as Haruka asked her, "So, hime, how is life here?" Serena looked down, "I met him here, I didn't think… I don't know." "You met that baka?! He still has enough courage to even look you in the eye?" Haruka said steaming, as Serena shook her head, "He ask me to forgive him… but I just can't. I can't forgive him. He caused me to hurt so badly. He caused me to feel so horrible, to feel so bad… I really can't forgive him… I will not forgive him." Haruka seemed satisfied at the answer as Michiru looked at her sadly. 'She obviously loves him still and still wants to be with him… it's just that she's so afraid…' "So what are you planning to do now?" Serena smiled at them, "I want to go to Japan with you guys. I want to be with you guys again. It gets so lonely here… and Rini always said she wanted to go there… Japan is where she belongs… where I belong." "Hai hime, we would love it if you went back with us." Haruka spoke up, as Serena nodded. Serena looked at her daughter, chocolate crumbs around her mouth as she continued to eat happy. 'I wish it wouldn't be this way… I don't want to keep on running away from him… it's just that… 'I don't want to get hurt again.' ~~~ She looked around her, the emptiness, the bare walls; it looked exactly how it looked like when she first came here. Flashback She had saved up some money from the odd jobs that she did. Rini was three, and soon she would be going to school, and she needed to have something steady to do so she could support her family steadier. She always wanted to own a flower shop, and when she found the perfect store out for sale… She quickly grabbed for it, as she now entered so see what she was going to buy… entering it, all she saw was empty room with four walls. Yet she envisioned something different. Holding Rini in her hand, she saw places where she could place roses, flowers, and where she could sit down and read a book when there was no one in the store. She took a deep breath. "I'm going to take it." The elderly couple nodded happily to her, as the price they had asked her was more than generous. But the store then had become a big part of her life… End "I can't believe you're selling this place Rena, you love it!" Robin's voice spoke up, as Serena looked at her, "I know, but there are some things I need to do. I am going back to Japan, and what would a wilting flower shop in Canada help me?" Robin let out a heavy sigh, "I wish you weren't leaving… I will really miss you and Rini." Serena smiled, "I will miss you also. But you have to know that Japan is my home. It's where I grew up in, where I have my family, my friends at…" "Okay, okay, I get your point, but hey, you'll visit me won't you?" Robin said with a puppy look. Serena giggled. "Of course I would… you can even go to Japan too!! I would love to show you around and be your hostess and repay you for your kindness when I just came here to Canada." "Deal!" Robin agreed, smiling at her friend. "Now, you hurry up and settle yourself down in Japan and I'll save up my vacation days!!!" "What?! Now you are trying to get RID of me?" ~~~ With a sigh, Darien looked around his office building. 'I already made a new life. A life that does *not* have you in it!' His loves voice rang in his mind. His felt like a fool. How could he have done this? He had driven her away just because he wanted to have some 'flings'. In the end, it was already to late so say I'm sorry. 'The only thing that I hoped destiny had no control of was the undying love that I shared with you! Little did I know that the flame had died on us so long ago!' He was frustrated, his head banged as he began to walk fast, her words still spinning in his mind. 'Our love was a mistake. It should never have taken place.' He felt like screaming as he felt someone's body then bump into his. "I'm sorry," he mumbled; as he looked down to see a smiling face. "No problem Mr. Chiba." She said with a grin on her face, as she bent down to pick up the papers. He had remembered one time when she would always bump into him… only now… he shook his head and began to pick up the papers that he had cause to tumble onto the floor. He then tried to remember the lady's name… her name was… Rose? No, it was… Ro.. Robin!! That was what it was. His hand then held onto a picture of Robin and a pink haired girl… His face turned white in realization of whom it was. 'Iie, it couldn't be…' "Don't you think she's adorable?" Robin asked, as she continued on, "She's my goddaughter. She is such a cutie. Smart also. She even skipped third grade." Robin said proudly, happy that she could show off her goddaughter. "Who are her parents?" He asked forcefully, as something was in his throat. Robin let out a sad look because of that, "Her mother's name is Serena. She's a very nice person. She was a really close friend of mine… maybe you might know her, she came from Japan years ago. She worked so hard to raise that daughter of hers, seeing that she didn't have so much money when she just came here to Canada. She's a single parent… but at least she'll be happier now." "Happier?" he asked, as the words 'single parent' rang into his mind. 'Damn it Usako, why didn't you tell me?' "She's moving back to Japan. I'm very happy that she can finally return home. She always seems very happy whenever she talks about Japan and her friends there." "She's going to Japan? When?" His voice seemed rushed, as Robin stared at him awkwardly. "What? Mr. Chiba why…?" "Please tell me when." He demanded as she then replied back, "Today." With that he turned around and left. As Robin stood there, papers half picked up off the ground with her mind confused. Flashback "So, I know I'm a little nosy, but can you tell me… what was your husband's name?" Robin asked the blond, who looked down, her eyes far off. She smiled slightly, but sorrow filled the rest of her face. "He has the most wonderful name… Darien Mamoru Chiba… I always called him Mamo-chan… because he's my protector…" End Robin stayed there, a gape, "Oh my god… does that mean that he's Rini's dad?" ~~~ "Ohh mommy, I can't believe we get to go to Japan. Now I can meet all my aunties!" Rini exclaimed, holding her mother's hand, as the two senshis were a side of them, listening to the little girl gush on. "Yeah Rini, your auntie's would love to see you." Serena replied back, as she handed the ticket to the attendant who smiled at her. "You really think so?" Rini's eager voice asked, as Serena nodded. "I know so." They then walked into the airplane, and then finding a seat. Waiting patiently, she looked out the window. Tears sprouted her eyes, 'Every time I'm on an airplane, it's always to get away from you Mamo-chan. Why couldn't we be together?' She wondered, as she could feel the airplane start to move. "Good-bye Mamo-chan…" ~~~ He didn't care that he had been driving fifty above speed limit or that fact that he ran that red light, but it seemed that the police didn't really pay much attention to him as he parked in the first possible place he had seen at the airport. Running into the airport, he looked around, for any signs. His eyes looked up to the sign, 'Flight 104 to Tokyo' he read, as he ran, looking for the terminal. He tried to use his senses of Tuxedo Kaman to find her as he raced around looking for the right exit. He had finally found the correct terminal, as he looked out, to the flight attendant that stood in front, smiling. "Excuse me," he said out of breath… "The flight…" The attendant looked at him worriedly, "Are you alright?" "The flight… the flight…" he said, as she let him have a sympathetic smile, "I'm so sorry, but you just missed it. The flight left five minutes ago." He let out an anguished sob. ~~~ Doesn't that sound better? I mean, now it's ONE more chapter... ::sighs:: well, please email me and everything!!
